Terence is based in Hong Kong and China. He is a CPA in Hong Kong and FCPA in England with over 25 years of corporate accounting and financial management experience in multinational corporations, IPO and audit transactions. Terence was previously the Asia CFO for Borghese Limited, a globally recognized skin care products retailer. He started his career with KPMG and in a decade of going through several different mega IPO projects, he is well versed with IFRS, HKFRS and China tax and accounting standards.
