Joanne Sweetman
Over the last 20 years, Joanne has been navigating the intricacies of the U.S. tax law through her varied client base. She began her career at Deloitte in taxation serving a wide range of clients--large multi-national corporations to small businesses, and individual clients. Later, she specialized in international tax working with her clients on cross border planning and reporting. She now works directly with clients, both expats and foreign nationals, but also for the clients of other accounting firms as both a technical and an international tax resource.
Joanne graduated with a Masters of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Montclair State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the AICPA. Joanne is also a CFP® CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional.
